Tech Talk: Introducing Customer Connection

West is pleased to introduce Customer Connection, West’s global customer portal. You may remember Customer Corner, the predecessor to Customer Connection, which was our first generation customer portal. Customer Connection extends our reach beyond the U.S. to our global customers. Customers around the world can now retrieve technical documentation easily and there’s a newly-created library for official NovaPure component information. In addition, sales reporting for customers outside the U.S. is planned for release in the near future. This will allow us to provide customers with the ability to obtain order status on-line without having to call a West location to provide this information.

Also planned is the ability to Instant Message and collaborate with a technical support specialist. Future plans include expanded technical documentation such as audit reports, QA documentation and an online regulatory library. All of this information will be securely available to registered users of Customer Connection.
